New patients are always welcome.

Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.  Dr. Loeffler prefers to see patients by appointment only in order to provide prepared treatment.  Of course, he is available to respond to any and all ophthalmologic emergencies.

We are willing to accommodate patients on an individual basis.  Every effort will be made to provide you with the earliest possible appointment.  If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call the office as soon as possible. There is a cancellation fee for appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.

Everyone at our office is at your service.

Health Insurance Plans 

Most medical insurance plans will not usually cover elective ophthalmic procedures such as cosmetic surgery.  The Center for Ophthalmology & Laser Surgery requires payment in full before any cosmetic procedure.  

Our office accepts most insurance plans for our ophthalmic procedures including Medicare.  We will file insurance claims for all insurance plans in which we participate.  For all others, we will file your claim when payment is received.  Below is a list of some accepted plans, if you don't see your plan listed please call our office to see if your plan is accepted.

Financing

Most medical insurance plans will not usually cover cosmetic procedures.  Our office is able to assist you with a financing program for elective medical procedures.  Patients may be pre-approved for financing with a low-interest monthly payment plan.  Our office manager would be pleased to provide you with further details.

Emergencies

If you have a medical emergency, please call our answering service which is available 24 hours a day at (954) 786-5353.  After hours you will be guided through our message center and the doctor will be notified immediately if you are having an eye emergency.
